The seminar “Services Marketing: Case Studies” aims to provide students with insights into current business problems related to services marketing. Students will work together with a new corporate startup of the Possehl Group, which owns over 200 companies and has more than 13,000 employees. In the seminar, students will develop a marketing plan for the corporate startup including, for example, the definition of specific marketing goals, the development of an attractive brand image/positioning, the description of product value propositions, and a detailed communication plan. At the end of the term, students will present their results in front of managers of the Possehl Group.
