Comment/Description

After a brief introductory lecture, this exercise will provide hands-on tutorials on the use of ArcGIS for archaeology, including importing raster and vector files, georeferencing images, creating shapefiles, performing manual photointerpretation, vectorialize excavation orthophotoplans, and more. Note: the course will be held as a blockseminar at the end of the semester in the computer room of the Faculty.
