Comment/Description

Sciencists and researchers are challenged to present themselves comprehensibly to a wide variety of target groups.
The workshop is aimed at participants who want to learn more about designing and presenting scientific communication media (e.g. presentations, posters).
Basic design knowledge is conveyed and deepened in theory and practice.
Participants learn how to significantly improve the appearance of scientific illustrations.
Afterwards, you will be able to convey the core message in an understandable and target group-appropriate manner.
It's not about learning special presentation software, but rather about using design elements in a targeted manner and preparing results from the scientific context in an understandable, compact and visually appealing way.
Before the workshop, participants can submit their own work examples, which will be discussed and optimized from a visual perspective.
