Comment/Description

The course aims at providing students with an analytical understanding of the underlying cultural assumptions which give rise to different beliefs and values about the practice of management.

Course content:
• Theoretische Aspekte von Kultur und kulturellen Unterschieden in internationalen Geschäftsbeziehungen
• Kulturelle Unterschiede verstehen lernen
• Nutzen von kulturellen Unterschieden in internationalen Geschäftsbeziehungen
• Managementmethoden in verschiedenen Kulturen
• Praktische Herangehensweisen an Kultur und kulturelle Unterschiede in internationalen Geschäftsbeziehungen
• Persönliche Herangehensweisen im Umgang mit kulturellen Unterschieden in internationalen Geschäftsbeziehungen
