Comment/Description

This course focuses on when and how to combine quantitative and qualitative research methods in research on learning and instruction. It does so by pointing out the limitations of different qualitative and quantitative assessment and analysis methods and discussing how to complement these methods with methods from the other side of the spectrum. This course serves as a supplement to the actual "Mixed Methods" seminar and offers participants the opportunity to deepen the content taught there.
