Learning organisation The aim of the course is to enable students to know, analyze and apply different concepts of corporate governance in the context of (corporate) entrepreneurship. Theoretical aspects as well as thoughts behind will be highlighted and students will learn to understand and evaluate their impact on performance. Of particular focus will be key governance theories, the role and influence of market and institutional mechanisms and future developments within the field. Overall, students should learn to use and interpret governance concepts as well as to apply them to concrete situations.
