Comment/Description

Im vierten und letzen Teil der Vorlesungsreihe wird das Eherecht behandelt (cc. 1055 - 1165): Wesen der Ehe, Vorbereitung der Eheschließung, Ehehindernisse, Ehewille, Eheschließungsform, Ehetrennung sowie Konvalidation der Ehe.
