The seminar takes place in cooperation with MAN Energy Solutions SE. Throughout the semester, students will work on strategic recommendations for company-relevant topics related to the digitization of sales. Specifically, questions of superior interest are:
1. How can MAN implement a digital marketplace as a central procurement platform for spare parts?
2. How can MAN use modern communication channels (e.g., Viber, WeChat, Whatsapp) in sales communication?
3. How can MAN digitize the procurement of spare parts for vessel engines during operation?
In the end, the results will be presented to representatives of MAN Energy Solutions SE at its headquarters in Augsburg.
