Inhalte:
- Update nationales Handelsrecht/Kaufrecht
- UN-Kaufrecht mit Unterschieden zum nationalen Handels- und Kaufrecht
- INCO-Terms
- Kollisionsrecht
- Internationale Gerichtszuständigkeit, insb. gerichtliche Zuständigkeit und die Vollstreckung gerichtlicher Entscheidungen in Zivil- und Handelssachen (EuGVV)

The course is part of admission "Kopie von: Bac IHR -- Beschränkte TN + Auslosung - IHR - LS Wagner - SS21".
Es können nur Studierende des Studiengangs iBWL (B.Sc.) und BWL (B.Sc.) berücksichtigt werden (siehe Modulhandbücher).
Bei Überbelegung entscheidet das Los.
