Comment/Description

Anxiety, boredom, hope...how do students manage their emotions in the context of studying for their exams at university? How do different regulatory strategies influence their emotions, well-being, and academic achievement? Together, we are going to design and carry out an empirical study that addresses these questions using an experience sampling approach. We will walk through all steps of the scientific research process (formulation of research questions; study design; data collection, data analysis and interpretation) and reflect on best-practice recommendations for ethical and high-quality research along the way.
