Comment/Description

Im Rahmen der Vorlesung werden verschiedene Grundprobleme der Ethik präsentiert und diskutiert. Im Zentrum steht dabei die Frage, wodurch Handlungen einen moralischen Wert erhalten, welchen Status er besitzt und wie wir diesen begründen und erkennen können. Wir diskutieren diese Frage anhand der systematischen Positionen von Tugendethik (Aristoteles), Pflichtethik (Kant), Utilitarismus (Mill) und Vertragsethik (Rawls). Abschließend diskutieren wir aktuelle Probleme der Ethik am Beispiel der Natur- und Technikethik. Die Veranstaltung wird digital durch Quizze und (Video-)Dokumentationen begleitet.
