Comment/Description

Ziel des Seminars ist es, die in Supply Chain Management 1 erworbenen Kenntnisse zur Gestaltung von Wertschöpfungssystemen (Supply Chains) anhand einer „On-line“-Simulation (Supply Chain Game) anzuwenden. Gegenstand des „Supply Chain Game“ ist die Entscheidung für Produktionsstätten, Distributionszentren sowie entsprechender Produktions-, Lagerhaltungs- und Transportpolitiken in einem fiktiven Kontinent mit mehreren Regionen. Hierzu werden in einem ersten Teil benötigte Grundlagen aus den Bereichen „Prognose und Bestandsmanagement“ wiederholt. In einer Testrunde werden die Grundlagen des „Supply Chain Game“ erläutert und vertieft. Im Anschluss erfolgt die eigentliche Spielrunde, die zusammen mit der schriftlichen Ausarbeitung und einem Seminarvortrag in die Bewertung mit eingeht. Nach Abschluss der Veranstaltung können die Teilnehmer*Innen grundlegende, entscheidungsrelevante Daten analysieren und die Wirkung einzelner Supply Chain Entscheidungen ganzheitlich bewerten und einordnen.
