Comment/Description

Weiterbildungsangebote für Erwachsene werden zunehmend digital realisiert. Ein populäres Werkzeug ist das Lehrvideo, das oft das Kernstück von virtuellen Lernumgebungen bildet. Solche Videos sind manchmal entweder langweilig bzw. mit Information überladen oder aber nur unterhaltsam, ohne dass die Zuschauer dabei viel lernen. Die Psychologie kann dazu beitragen, bei attraktiver Aufbereitung gleichzeitig den Lernerfolg zu sichern. Ziel des Seminares ist es, ein solches Lehrvideo selbst zu erstellen. Auf Basis theoretischer Modelle zu Lernen und Instruktion und empirischer Befunde zu Merkmalen, die für erfolgreiches Lernen entscheidend sind (Hattie, 2009), entwickeln Sie in Kleingruppen ein didaktisches Konzept zur Vermittlung eines Themas aus der pädagogischen Psychologie, drehen Videomaterial dazu und produzieren daraus ein kurzes Lehrvideo.
