Comment/Description

The course aims at providing students with an analytical understanding of the underlying cultural assumptions which give rise to different beliefs and values about the practice of management.

Course content:
• Theoretical aspects of culture and cultural diversity in international business relations
• Learning to understand cultural diversity
• Benefits of cultural diversity in international business relations
• Management methods in different cultures
• Practical approaches to culture and cultural diversity in international business relations
• Personal approaches in dealing with cultural diversity in international business relations

Admission settings

The course is part of admission "Beschränkte Teilnehmendenanzahl: Intercultural Management".
The following rules apply for the admission:
  • The enrolment is possible from 18.03.2024, 12:00 to 16.04.2024, 12:00.
  • A defined number of seats will be assigned to these courses.
    The seats in the affected courses have been assigned at 19.04.2024 on 10:00. Additional seats may be available via a wait list.
  • The following categories of people are preferred during seat allocation:
    • Subject is Global Business Management (332 persons)

    Higher semesters will be preferred.
