The aim of this seminar is to gather a fundamental understanding of well-being in educational contexts with an emphasis on student well-being, teacher well-being, and how the two intertwine. Within this, we will discuss relevant theoretical and empirical information, as well as key factors that contribute to well-being and the impact that well-being can have on educational outcomes. To solidify this foundation and allow for a deeper understanding, students will also learn about how this knowledge can be put into practice.
