Lernorganisation The aim of the course is to enable students to analyze and apply different concepts of corporate governance to different contexts. Theoretical perspectives will be examined and discussed and students will learn to understand and evaluate their impact on organisational performance. Of particular focus will be key governance theories, the role and influence of market and institutional mechanisms and future developments within the field. Overall, students should learn to use and interpret governance concepts as well as to apply them to different instutional, contextual and organisational settings
