Comment/Description

This seminar aims to provide a comprehensive understanding of the principles and practices of educational management and organizational behaviour. These two fields are closely related, as they both deal with how individuals and groups interact, perform, and achieve goals within various settings.
Educational management focuses on the policies, structures, and processes that govern and support educational institutions. It covers topics such as governance, leadership, technology, community, and partnerships. It also explores the current and future trends, challenges, and opportunities in education, as well as the role of culture and climate in creating a positive learning environment.
Organizational behaviour studies the human aspects of organizations, such as motivation, teamwork, communication, diversity, and ethics. It examines how different structures, dynamics, and behaviours affect productivity and effectiveness in different contexts. It also emphasizes the importance of strategic management, decision-making, and change management in achieving organizational objectives.

By integrating the disciplines of educational management and organizational behaviour, this seminar offers a comprehensive and in-depth perspective to Lehramt and Erziehungswissenschaft students, enabling them to effectively navigate and succeed in diverse educational and organizational environments.
