Comment/Description

Ziel des Kurses „Soft Skills im Projektmanagement“ ist es, den Teilnehmenden die Relevanz von sozialen Kompetenzen in den verschiedenen Phasen eines Projektes näher zu bringen. Dabei sollten insbesondere Soft Skills bei der Zusammenarbeit und Führung eines Teams im Vordergrund stehen aber auch die Kommunikation des Projektes nach außen behandelt werden. Das eigene Ausprobieren durch die Teilnehmer sollte einen wichtigen Teil einnehmen.
