The lecture provides fundamental and in-depth knowledge of electrophysiological (e.g. brain or muscle activity recordings) and movement analysis (e.g. gait analysis, Hand-movement analysis) tools. Use cases from basic biomedical research as well as clinical applications are discussed. Relevant analysis techniques (e.g. Spectral analysis, Time-frequency analysis, Source reconstruction, Cross-frequency-coupling, Entropy) will be covered.
