Form of digital teaching: Information on the form of digital teaching will be announced via the course forum. General remarks: - This module is suitable as an extension to the module 'Plasmaphysik und Fusionsforschung'. - The two lectures of this module can be followed in an arbitrary order. Thus, the module can be started at a summer or winter term. Lecture contents: Fundamental plasma boundary physics Erosion processes: physical sputtering, chemical erosion, radiation induced sublimation, arcs Experimental observation of surface processes in plasmas Methods for characterizing surfaces Coating techniques Hydrogen retention Surface modification by plasmas |
