- Phase 1: July 7 – 17, 2025 (Course placement on July 18, 2025) for students of the Faculty of Mathematics, Natural Sciences and Technology (MNTF) and the Department of Computer Science (funded by tuition fees). - Phase 2: July 21 – 31, 2025 (Course placement from August 5, 2025) for students of all other faculties/departments. Participation requires a course fee of €30 – further information and invoices will be sent via email after course places are allocated. Remaining course places will likely be assigned starting August 25, 2025. The action and experience-oriented workshop offers many opportunities to try out and reflect on leadership yourself and to experience and question leadership as a team member. We deal a lot with practice and theory as well as with our own leadership experiences and develop and test the essential aspects for successful leadership. Learning objectives and content: • Acquire leadership skills • Basic knowledge of leadership styles, leadership responsibility and leadership tasks • Basic knowledge of leadership in the team development process • Constructive discussion of one's own leadership skills • Dealing with crises and conflicts • Challenges in leadership • Moderation of team meetings in theory and practice • Extension of personal and social skills Method: • Short inputs from the speaker • exchange in small groups • individual work • discussions • Team and leadership tasks with reflections Teacher: Irmelin Küthe, Trainerin und Beraterin für Team- und Personalentwicklung, Küthe Konzepte, Pfronten ___________________________________________________________________________________________________ **KEEP ATTENTION** • Exercises in the workshop also take place outdoors.
