Kommentar/Beschreibung

The exercise covers topics ranging from basic biomedical research to clinical applications of electrophysiologigy in medicine. The specific topics are introduced and assigned to students in the kick-off meeting during the first week of the lecture period. The focus lies on movement disorders, but other topics can be addressed as well.
During the first meetings, a tutorial on literature research and report writing is given. Students are going to follow on their topics under the supervision of the scientific staff of the chair. By the end of the lecture period, a short oral presentation has to be given by each student. A written report (~2000 words) must be handed in afterwards.
