Presenting to International Audiences
with Science Trainer Dr. Stephen Wagner

Do you present your research to an international audience? This seminar will
provide essential criteria for excellent science presentations. Apart from quick
content inputs by the trainer and a Q+A session, we will especially focus on your
10-15-minute presentations followed by high-level feedback, including optional
video analyses.
You will be stimulated by many practical exercises and learn from the best (science)
speakers worldwide, including brief analyses of TED talks.

Content
Audience attention: How to gain and keep it from beginning to end
How to personalize your speech: Connect science with storytelling
Apply visuals: Use the power and get to the point with your presentation slides
How does your communication style match intercultural needs?
Learn from the best: Outstanding presentations in the 21st century
Optional / If time allows:
Science Pitch: Share your research project in less than 3 minutes
