Comment/Description

Die Veranstaltung stellt zunächst die allgemeinen Aufgaben des Produktionsmanagements und die Grundlagen der modellbasierten Produktionsplanung vor. Auf dieser Grundlage werden die Themen Produktionsprogrammplanung, Materialbedarfsplanung und Losgrößenplanung sowie die Ablaufplanung vorgestellt und deren Zusammenhänge analysiert. Zur Lösung der Planungs- und Entscheidungsprobleme werden Verfahren des Operations Research (z. B. Linear Programming, Branch-and-Bound, Mathematical Programming, Heuristiken und Metaheuristiken) vorgestellt und angewendet. Die Anwendung wird in der begleitenden Übung vertieft.
