Kommentar/Beschreibung

This lecture is part of the module Plasma-Material interaction (PHM-0193).
Although this is technically the second part of a two-semester course, the module can also be started with it. There are no special prerequisites for this lecture. Knowledge from the winter semester part will be briefly discussed with students starting in the summer semester as needed. For more detailed information please attend the winter semester lecture of this module.
The lecture is suitable for students of any Master's course in Physics, Materials Science or Lehramt.
