Welcome to the chaotic life of academic publishing! In this game, you will publish useless nonsense, sabotage your rivals’ research, and provide unhelpful comments, Reviewer 2 style. Your goal is to gain as many citations as possible when the game ends, ideally with your sanity and self-respect intact.

We warmly invite you to a card-based game for 2-6 players. Get to know the pressures of publishing, citations and budget cuts.

Please note: the game itself is in English (cards, instructions etc.), but depending on the group of players we can converse in English and/or German. This is a party game - expect a lot of humour and fun playing, rather than serious education about the publishing process 😉. To make the experience less frustrating, you will receive a small, sweet reward at the end...
