Kommentar/Beschreibung

“Texts” are a central tool when it comes to teaching a secondary language. Thus it only seems appropriate to examine these “tools” a bit further. In the course of this seminar, future teachers of English shall be given the opportunity to ponder on the wide definition of the term “text” within the respective syllabi of their school type.
Furthermore, the different uses of these shall be examined when it comes to teaching language skills and competences; what is more, students will come to see how a useful and meaningful progression in the choice of text formats should help learners to enhance those skills / competences and how they can be made to develop an independent grasp of the range and of the uses of “texts”.
Lastly, each student is asked to come up with a lesson project in which “texts” play a vital role. This project is going to be presented to their peers and commented on within a short term paper.

Diese Veranstaltung gehört zum Anmeldeset "Anmeldeverfahren Proseminare der Didaktik des Englischen WiSe 2017/2018".

    Die Anmeldung zu maximal 1 Veranstaltungen des Anmeldesets ist erlaubt.
  • Es wird eine festgelegte Anzahl von Plätzen in den Veranstaltungen verteilt.
    Die Plätze in den betreffenden Veranstaltungen wurden am 24.09.2017 um 11:00 verteilt. Weitere Plätze werden evtl. über Wartelisten zur Verfügung gestellt.
